This Shipping Policy covers every order placed with O&J GLOW SDN. BHD 202601025799 (1687895-H) through this website. It applies to the Company as sender and to the Customer as recipient. It sets out where delivery reaches, how long each stage takes, and what the Customer pays.
Which areas does the Company ship to?
Coverage is nationwide, and it splits into two service areas whose transit times differ:
Peninsular Malaysia is covered in full, meaning every state.
East Malaysia is covered as well, that is Sabah & Sarawak.
How soon does an order leave the Company?
Preparation comes before any courier is involved. That stage runs as follows:
An order is processed within 1–3 business days.
That count uses working days only. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from it.
A confirmation email follows once the order has been processed and dispatched.
That email carries the tracking information for the shipment.
How long does delivery take?
Transit time depends on the service area. The standard windows are set out below:
Overnight and next-day delivery are not offered at this time.
The windows shown are estimates rather than guarantees.
Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can each push a parcel past its estimate.
Is there a delivery charge?

One case sits outside that. Fees for a specific bulk or specialised promotional order may still be calculated at checkout, from total weight and destination, where that applies.
How does the Customer follow a parcel?
Tracking is issued at handover rather than at purchase. It reaches the Customer this way:
The parcel is handed to one of the Company’s courier partners.
An email or SMS then arrives carrying the tracking number.
A direct link comes with it, so progress can be watched in real time.
