These Terms & Conditions cover access to and use of this website and the services O&J GLOW SDN. BHD 202601025799 (1687895-H) provides through it. They bind every visitor and every Customer. Using the site is acceptance of them.

What does placing an order confirm?
An order carries four confirmations from the Customer:
The information provided is accurate and complete.
The Customer is authorised to use the payment method submitted.
Full payment reaches the Company before the order is shipped.
The Company may reject or cancel an order at its own discretion.
What is the Company liable for?
Less than a Customer might assume, so the position is stated plainly. Products are supplied “as-is”, with no express or implied warranty, except where the law requires one. Two kinds of loss sit outside the Company’s liability:
Installation errors, and misuse of the products, fall outside it.
So do indirect, incidental and consequential damages arising from use of the website or the products.
Who owns the content on this site?
Ownership rests with the Company or with whoever licensed the material to it:
